The main grievance of the petitioner is that, despite submitting a representation as early as 07.10.2022 seeking appointment on compassionate grounds, on account of the death of her father on 01.11.2019, who was working as an Attender in the 2nd respondent Society and despite obtaining the Integrated Certificate in compliance with the communication issued by the General Manager of the 2nd respondent Society, the petitioner has not been granted appointment on compassionate grounds to date. 3. Considering the limited relief claimed by the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the petitioner’s representation dated 07.10.2022 has not been considered to date, the Writ Petition is allowed. The respondents are directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 07.10.2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
