Page No.# 6/6 The applicant has instituted the present interlocutory application praying for deletion of the names of respondent Nos. 45, 52, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101 and 102 from the array of respondents in the connected writ petition being W.P.(C) No. 345/2026. It is projected that inadvertently the said respondents came to be so arrayed as respondents in the said writ petition. However, the said respondents being junior to the petitioners are not eligible for appointment to the post of Lady Health Visitor (LHV). Accordingly, it is prayed that the names of the said respondents be deleted from the array of respondents in the connected writ petition. The prayer is not objected to by the learned counsel for the respondent. Accordingly, the names of respondent Nos. 45, 52, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101 and 102 in W.P.(C) No. 345/2026 is permitted to be deleted.
