DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) Simple prayer made by learned counsel for the peoner in the present peon is to direct the trial Court of learned Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Amloh to dispose of the applicaon under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC, which was moved by the peoner, i.e. one of the defendants of civil suit bearing No.CS-475-2025, tled as “Satnam Singh v. Jaspal Singh and others”, expediously. 2. Learned counsel for the peoner submits that the applicaon was moved by him on 01.11.2025. The plainffs, who are respondents herein, failed to file reply on 09.12.2025 and then on 02.02.2026. Though the reply has since been filed on 17.02.2026, peoner apprehends that the applicaon may not be disposed of as the respondents-plainffs are trying to delay the proceedings. 3. Having noced the aforesaid contenons, present revision peon is hereby disposed of with a direcon to the trial Court concerned to dispose of the applicaon under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC (Annexure P-9), expediously, preferably within one month.
