Tagum, learned standing counsel, H&FW Department and Ms. P. Pangsu, learned Government Advocate, Arunachal Pradesh. The applicant by way of filing the present interlocutory application has prayed for impleading opposite party Nos. 1 to 34 as respondent Nos. 77 to 110 in the connected writ petition being W.P.(C) No. 345/2026. This Court has considered the contention raised by the applicant in the present interlocutory application and finds that in the event the reliefs are so granted to the applicants in the connected writ petition, the interest of the persons sought to be impleaded in the present interlocutory application, would be adversely affected. Accordingly, this Court is of the considered view that the persons sought to be impleaded are necessary and proper parties for adjudication of the issue arising in the connected writ petition. Accordingly, the opposite party Nos. 1 to 34 are permitted to be impleaded as respondent Nos. 77 to 110 in the connected W.P.(C) No. 345/2026.
