Heard Sri Nagaraj R, learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Sri Vinay Mahadevaiah, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1. 3. The petitioner is the complainant who appends to the petition the order sheet which records plethora of adjournments being granted without any rhyme or reason and the case pending before the concerned Court since 2015, as what is being tried is C.C.No.20234 of 2015. 4. In that light and the prayer being innocuous, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose C.C.No.20234 of 2025 within an outer limit of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order, if not earlier.
