It is the grievance of the petitioner that ancestor’s land of the petitioner has been acquired thereafter an Award has also been prepared in the name of late father of this petitioner. The petitioner was noticed and the petitioner deposited all the documents but till date compensation amount has not been disbursed. 3. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to approach the District Land Acquisition Officer, Ranchi-respondent no. 3 within four weeks from today. 4. Once the petitioner files fresh representation along with the copy of this order before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Ranchi, the District Land Acquisition Officer will ensure disbursement of the awarded amount in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased awardee, if there is no other legal impediment, 2026:JHHC:14623 2 within four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. 5. If there is some legal impediment for which the awarded amount could not be disbursed to the petitioner, the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 6.
