Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioner seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Purusottampur P.S. Case No.15 of 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No.15 of 2026 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C, Purusottampur on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the F.I.R. as at Annexure-1. 4. Recorded the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is a lawyer by profession. A copy of the Bar Council Certificate is produced by learned counsel for the petitioner and the same is perused. The allegation as made to reveal from the FIR at Annexure-1 is that there was a transaction dated 9th June, 2025, whereby, a land was transferred. Such execution of the sale deed is alleged to be by fraudulent means. The petitioner, who is an Advocate, has prepared the sale deed. It is claimed that the present accused is the deed writer. Considering the above facts and submissions of learned counsel for the respective parties and as in course of hearing, a copy of the alleged sale deed having been produced and the same is gone through and the nature of allegations alleged against the present accused, this Court, is inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail for the limited role he has played being a part of the transaction in question. 5. Aaccordingly, it is ordered. 6. In the result, the ABLAPL petition stands disposed of. It is directed that in the event, the petitioner is arrested in connection with Purusottampur P.S. Case No.15 of 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No.15 of 2026, he shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer upon a bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty-five thousand) with one solvent surety for the like amount with a condition that he shall cooperate the IO in the investigation of the case. 7.
