Ete, learned Additional Sr. Government Advocate appearing for the Srate respondent. By instituting the present interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for fixing the connected writ petition being W.P.(C) No. 362/2026 on 14-08-2026. This Court in W.P.(C) No. 362/2026, upon considering the materials brought on record had issued notice vide order dated 04-08-2026, making the same returnable on 07-09- 2026. The notice was also issued on the prayer of interim relief making the same also returnable on 07-09-2026. Page No.# 3/3 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the opposite party No. 6, who was selected for appointment as Head Gaon Burah of Kaying Bazar under Kaying Revenue Circle, vide a communication dated 02-03-2026, has not been appointed till date. It is further submitted that the respondent No. 6,would be issued with an appointment order on 15-08-2026, accordingly, an urgency has been expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner for an interim direction. Considering the issue arising in the present proceeding as well as noticing the order dated 04-08-2026, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 362/2026, this Court provides that the appointment of the respondent No. 6, as Head Gaon Burah, shall be subject to the further order(s) that would be passed by this Court on 07-09-2026, upon the learned State counsel completing, her instruction in the matter.
