2 10.2 It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 08/11/2024 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Saraipali 10.3 It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 09/04/2025 passed by the Commissioner, Raipur Division, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) 10.4 It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 09/04/2025 passed by the Commissioner, Raipur Division, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) 10.5 It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 30/06/2025 passed in review application by the Commissioner, Raipur Division, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) 10.6 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petitioners to remain in peaceful possession of land belonging to him situated at Village Saraipali, Patwari Halka No. 36, Tehsil Saraipali, bearing Khasra No. 742 measuring 0.25 Decimal. 10.7 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to uphold the validity of sale deed dated 06/06/1959 executed between Mehboob Hussain though his legal guardian Yasin Khan and Karim Baig. 10.8 In the alternative, direct the learned Revenue Board, Circuit Court, Raipur to expeditiously decide pending application for grant of stay under section 52(2) of Land Revenue Code filed along with Revision Petition. 10.9 Grant any other relief(s)/order(s)/direction(s) in favour of petitioner, which deemed fit & proper in the facts & circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. 10.10 Cost of the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have preferred revision petition bearing No.RN/12/R.A.-74/280/2025, before Board of Revenue, Circuit Court, Raipur, which has been pending consideration since 15.7.2025. He further submits that the petitioners have also filed application under Section 52(2) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (for short ‘the Code 1959’) seeking interim relief, however, the said application has not been decided yet. Hence, it is prayed that this petition may be disposed of directing Board of Revenue to decide aforesaid application filed by the petitioners under Section 52(2) of the Code 1959, within stipulated period.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection if the prayer of the petitioners is allowed.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
5. Having considered the limited prayer of the petitioners and without entering into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of. It is expected that the Board of Revenue, Circuit Court, Raipur, shall decide the interim application filed by the petitioners under Section 52(2) of the Code 1959 at the earliest.
6. With aforesaid observation and direction, this petition stands disposed of.
7. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
