Since this Court had only given the direction to the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in SLP(C) No.10719-10720 of 2025, titled, Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd. vs. Nanak Chand & Ors., nothing remains to be adjudicated 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 in the present petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner is still aggrieved, he shall be at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy, in accordance with law. 3.
