When this case was taken up for consideration, learned Counsel for the petitioner has referred to a recent communication dated 04.05.2026, addressed by Additional Chief Secretary-cum- Financial Commissioner (Revenue), to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, to the Deputy Commissioner, Solan, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh, on the subject regarding regularization of the services of Shri Hem Raj Sharma, Multi Purpose Worker/Peon. Learned Counsel also submitted that in light of the contents of this communication, as the petitioner intends to await the outcome thereof, therefore, at this stage, the petitioner be allowed to withdraw this petition, but with liberty to approach the Court afresh on the same cause if the need so arises. 3.
