PUBLIC PROSECUTOR 3 Dr.YLR,J Crl.P.No.7791 of 2026 Dated 25.09.2026 The Court made the following: ORDER: The Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity, ‘the BNSS’) by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 8 and 10 to 13, seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.130 of 2026 of Tenali II Town Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 340(2), 351(2), 61(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity, ‘the BNS’). 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3. As seen from the record, the alleged offences levelled against the petitioners/accused are punishable with imprisonment for a term of less than seven (07) years. 4. This Court, vide order dated 11.09.2026, directed the Investigating Officer to comply with the guidelines issued by the Hon’ble Apex Court in Satender Kumar Antil v. Central Bureau of Investigation1 , Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar2 and Md.Asfak Alam v. the State of Jharkhand3., and also with the provisions of Section 35(3) of the ‘the BNSS’.
