By way of the present appeals, the appellant seeks to assail the impugned order dated 30.05.2026,passed by the learned District Judge-06 (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi in Civil Suit bearing No. CS DJ No. 150/2026 titled as “Anirudra Tanwar vs. Karan Luthra (Now Deceased) & Others” in respect of the suit property situated in Village Dera Mandi, Tehsil Hauz Khas (Now Mehrauli), New Delhi. 2. Mr. Yadav, learned Senior counsel, submits that in a similar suit filed by another party, i.e., M/s Krishna Estates, this Court had set aside a similar order vide judgment dated 29.05.2026, passed in FAO 79/2026. He submits that despite a copy of the said judgment being placed on record, the Trial Court ignored the same and passed the impugned order on the following day, i.e., 30th May 2026, at 4:30 pm. Learned Senior Counsel, on instructions, further submits that no relief is claimed against respondent nos. 4 and 5 at this stage. 3. Issue Notice. 4.
