1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that so far as the accused-applicant no. 1, i.e. Dheeraj Sahni is concerned, the bail application of accused-applicant no. 1 Dheeraj Sahni be dismissed as withdrawn. 3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant, the bail application in respect of appellant no. 1 Dheeraj Sahni is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Certified copy of the bail rejection order, as well as other relevant papers be returned to learned counsel for the applicant on his supplying the photostat copy of the same as per Rules, if so requires. 5. So far as the bail application of the accused-applicant no. 2 Satendra Sahni is concerned, learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to some ulterior motive. He next submitted that although the applicant was named in the first information report but no specific role has been assigned to the applicant. Only general role has been assigned to all the accused persons. He further submitted that as per medical report available on record, except one injury sustained by the injured Angad Sahani, all the injuries sustained by other injured are simple in nature. He lastly submitted that the applicant, who is in jail Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : A.T. Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. since 16.12.2025 and has no criminal antecedents to his discredit is entitled to be enlarged on bail during pendency of the trial. 6. On the other hand, the learned A.G.A. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted all the accused persons brutally assaulted the injured persons, as a result of which injured Angad sustained grievous injuries. He further submitted that the C.T. Scan report of the injured shows "changes of mild generalized cerebral atrophy; axial bleed seen along anterior frontal convexity; few heamorrhagic contusions with oedema are seen in right temporal lobe; fracture left temporal bone mastoid" and in view of the above, the accused-applicant is not entitled to be enlarged on bail. 7.
After having heard the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the applicant Satendra Sahni on bail in Case Crime No. 299 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 351 and 352 of B.N.S., P.S.
