A perusal of the office order dated 18.05.2026 (Annexure R-2/I), reveals that the judgment sought to be executed has been stayed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.67 of 2026. 2. Faced with this situation learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press the present petition at this stage. 3.
