Public Prosecutor representing the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. This I.A. has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 37 days in Page No.# 2/2 preferring the connected criminal appeal. The reason for the aforesaid delay has been stated at paragraph Nos. 4, 5 and 6 of the instant I.A. which has been perused. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that the respondents have no objection to the condonation of delay. Having perused the reasons shown, this Court is satisfied that the applicant was prevented by sufficient cause from approaching the Court within the period limitation.
