After some arguments, Mr. Charul Chaudhary, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. 3. The present bail application, alongwith the pending application, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the applicant before the learned Trial Court. 4. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case or on any application that may be filed by the applicant hereafter, which shall be considered by the appropriate Court on its own merits, in accordance with law.
