The issue involved in the present writ petition has already been settled by the learned Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 7296 of 2025 vide judgment dated 27.01.2026 3. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is hereby, dismissed. Consequently, I.A.
