Hence, the contempt case. 2. Pending the contempt case, learned counsel for respondent No.3 disposed of the appeal on 07.04.2026. In view of the disposal of the appeal, the order of this Court was complied with, the delay was caused due to transfer of the subject officer and present incumbent took over the charge in the month of October, 2025 only. Thereafter, the appeal was disposed of. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also admitted the disposal of the appeal and submitted that no further orders are necessary. 4.
