dismissed as withdrawn on the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners before the Coordinate Bench of this Court by
order dated 21.7.2025.
4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that there is no fresh ground of filing anticipatory bail application and undertaking given before the Coordinate Bench has not been complied with by the petitioners.
5. Considering that the petitioners have already withdrawn the aforesaid anticipatory bail application with liberty to move before the learned court and they have not complied the same and even in course of argument, no fresh ground has been argued to maintain the second anticipatory bail application, and in that view of the matter, the instant anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
