The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- “For issuance of appropriate writ(s), direction(s) and/or order(s), particularly a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing up of the order dated 17.10.2023 passed in R.M.A. Appeal No.05 of 2023-24 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Dumka i.e. respondent no.2 (as contained in Annexure- 5 to the present writ application), by which the appeal filed by the petitioner got dismissed by the respondent no.2 and the Circle Officer was directed to comply with the order passed by the Commissioner, Santhal Pargana Division, Dumka and to remove the said encroachment within 15 days.” 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 4. Learned counsels for the other sides have raised no objection. 5. Permission is accorded. 6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. 7. Pending I.A.
