PATIL) This Writ Petition (Habeas Corpus) is filed by the father alleging that his minor daughter has been missing since 29.01.2026. Based on the said assertion, notice was ordered. Respondents No.1 to 4 have entered appearance. 2. We have heard Shri. Purushothama H.E., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri. Thejesh P., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents No.1 to 4. 3. Shri. Thejesh P., learned High Court Government Pleader submits that the detenue was secured by WPC-377 Smt. Shilpa of Turuvekere Police Station, Tumakuru District. 4. In view of the said submission, the proceedings were conducted in Chambers. 5. We had a detailed interaction with the detenue. She stated that she had gone along with respondent No.5 - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8692-DB WPHC No. 8 of 2026 to Shivagange on 29.01.2026 and thereafter to different places. 6. We also had a detailed interaction with Shri. Harish - the uncle of the detenue. 7. The detenue has now been produced before this Court. In the circumstances, it is appropriate to close the proceedings. The aunt and uncle of the detenue have stated that they would take her to their home. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed. 8. Shri. Murthy T, Police Sub-Inspector of Turuvekere Police Station, who is present along with the records, submits that Crime No.30/26 has been registered in connection with the incident. Respondent No.5 has been arrested. It is submitted that the investigation will be completed in accordance with law. 9.
