JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 23-03-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. 2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 74, 109, 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per F.I.R., when informant was sitting at her door, all the named accused persons, including these petitioners, came there and abused and assaulter informant and her daughter-in-law by means of lathi, danda, bricks. It is further Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13835 of 2026(2) dt.23-03-2026 2/3 alleged that the accused persons also snatched nose pin and silver chain worth Rs. 15,000/-. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Dispute over dumping the garbage led to an occurrence of maar-peet in which both sides inflicted injuries on each other. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and there is no allegation of any specific overt act against these petitioners. Case and counter case. Rest of the allegations are ornamental only to make the case grave. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application. 6. Considering the nature of dispute and accusation, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif in connection with Silao P.
