Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG Date: 2026.03.18 11:42:47 +0530 2 / 3 “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby setting aside/quashing the impugned orders dated 26.09.2025 (Annexuer P/1) and further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to continue at her present place of posting. 10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that while posted as Assistant Surgeon at Community Health Centre, Dongargarh, District- Rajnandgaon to District Hospital, Gariyaband, District Gariyaband vide order dated 26.09.2025. Against the order of her transfer, petitioner has submitted representation before the committee constituted under the Transfer Policy, raising the ground that her husband is also a Govt. servant and is posted at Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited, Rajnandgaon, he is suffering with some medical ailment. The representation was not considered in an appropriate manner though the transfer order of the petitioner has been modified, however, not for the posting of the petitioner at Dongargaon where petitioner was earlier working, therefore this writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that committee constituted under the Transfer Policy appears to have been accommodated and modified the order of transfer of petitioner and now the petitioner is posted at Community Health Centre, Dongargarh, District Rajnandgaon. 3 / 3 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents available on record. 5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and pursuant to the recommendation made under the Transfer Policy, the order of transfer of petitioner dated 26.06.2025 appears to have been amended/modified and now she has been recommended to be posted at Community Health Centre Rajnandgaon, which is pending consideration before respondent no. 1 for its order, in the opinion of this Court this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent no. 1 to pass orders on recommendation of the committee so far as it relates to the petitioner, expeditiously, within a further period of three week’s from the date of receipt of the order. 6.
