Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that although the requisition was filed for obtaining the certified copy, however, the same was not supplied within the stipulated time, in view of that the, the defects have not been removed. 3. Learned A.S.G.I. appearing for the CBI has not raised any serious objection, if the said criminal revision is restored to its original file. 3. In view of the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and further in light of the averments made in the criminal miscellaneous petition, sufficient ground is made out for restoration of Cr.
