Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the next transfer year i.e. 2025, petitioner represented for his transfer to some other place and the representation has now been decided in favour of the petitioner and he has been transferred as Chief Agriculture Officer, Udham Singh Nagar. He submits that in view of the subsequent developments, petitioner do not want to press the writ petition. 5.
