The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- 2 “10.1 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus thereby quashing and setting-aside the impugned termination/removal order dated 26.11.2025 (Annexure P/1) passed by the Respondent No. 4. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents, particularly Respondent No. 4 to re-instate/restore the petitioner to the post of Authorized Officer for the Adim Jati Seva Sahakari Samiti Maryadit, Chhotebenthiya, in terms of the initial order dated 10.12.2024 (Annexure P/2). 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem fit and appropriate.” 2.
