Deka is present for the applicants and has filed this application with a prayer for extension of 2(two) months time to implement the Judgment and Order dated 07.04.2026 passed by this Court in W.A.12/2025. It is submitted that against the judgment and order dated 07.04.2026 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.12/2025, the applicants had preferred an appeal before the Supreme Court and vide order dated 03.08.2026 passed by the Supreme Court in SLP(C) No.25501-25502/2026, the Supreme Court declined to interfere with the judgment impugned by the applicants. Thus, the applicants are before this Court with a prayer for extension of time to implement the direction of this Court. The learned counsel Mr. I. Jamir is present for the respondent and has submitted that the respondent will be highly prejudiced if further time will be taken by the applicants to comply with the direction of this Court. We have considered the submission at the bar. Page No.# 3/3 Considering the inclination of the applicants to comply with the order of this Court, 2(two) months time is extended and the applicants are allowed 2(two) months time to comply with the direction of this Court as directed vide order dated 07.04.2026 in W.A.12/2025.
