Now, the present application has been filed for further modification of the order dated 19.03.2024, passed in A.B.A. No. 731 of 2024. 2. In the order of the Cr.M.P. No. 1370 of 2024, it has been observed that on the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the order dated 19.03.2024 has been passed in the said A.B.A. and by this petition, this is the second attempt for modification of the said order. 3.
