This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant in connection with COP(C) No. 35/2025 praying for allowing the applicant to implead new incumbent to the post of Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Nagaland, in the connected contempt petition, as respondent No. 6 since the earlier incumbent has been transferred. 3. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant as well as also gone through the averments made in the instant interlocutory application. 4. The prayer is allowed. 5. The applicant is allowed to implead Mr. Zarenthung Ezung, Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Nagaland, as contemnor No. 6 in the connected contempt petition. 6.
