Matter is taken up for consideration in terms of the order dated 22nd December, 2025 in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and Union of India. 2. Learned advocate representing Union of India submits on instruction that in subsequent Review Medical Examination petitioner has been declared fit and candidature of the petitioner is forwarded to the concerned authority for appointment. 3. Since petitioner has been declared medically fit, concerned respondent authorities are directed to take consequential steps for appointment of the petitioner for the post of Constable (GD) under Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) within a reasonable time. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of. 5. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
