Learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners submits that in view of the reply filed by the respondents, he does not want to press the present application. However, he prays for liberty to assail the action of the respondents by preferring appropriate proceedings. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners the application is dismissed as not pressed. However, liberty is reserved to the applicants/petitioners to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, if they are still aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents.
