This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 215 of the Constitution of India under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 alleging willful non-compliance of the order dated 18.09.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 4974/2025. 2. The operative portion of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in WP(C) No. 4974/2025 is quoted below for ready reference: - “Looking to the grievance laid by the petitioner and the submission made by the respective parties, instead of keeping this petition pending, this Court directs the concerned S.D.O. (R) i.e. Respondent No. 3 to decide the application (Annexure P/01) filed by the petitioner under Section 40 of C.G. Panchayati Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 filed by the petitioner on dated 14.05.2024 in accordance with law, rules, regulations expeditiously as soon as possible after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to the Respondent No. 4. 3. Perusal of the aforesaid para would show that this Court has directed the 2 respondents in the writ petition therein, to consider and decide the application dated 14.05.2024 of the petitioner expeditiously and no specified time frame was directed for the same. 4. Petitioner in this contempt petition, has not filed any document/application showing that the petitioner has submitted any document before the respondents for expediting the procedure in compliance with the order passed by this Court dated 18.09.2025. 5. For the foregoing discussions, I do not find any reason to initiate proceeding in contempt petition. Accordingly, it is dismissed. 6. Certified copy as per rules.
