This application relates to the order dated 13.09.2023 passed by this Court in MAC Appeal No. 313/2017. In the said order, the amount was directed to be paid to the claimant no. 2. Mr. Agarwala has submitted that the claimant no. 2 has expired. The death certificate has been filed to that effect. Page No.# 2/2 Further, Mr. Agarwala has submitted that the Insurance Company should be directed to pay the amount to the claimant no. 3 instead of claimant no. 2. Considering entire aspect of the matter, the order dated 13.09.2023 passed by this Court in MAC Appeal No. 313/2017 stands corrected. The amount shall be given to the claimant no. 3 instead of claimant no. 2. This order shall form a part of the order dated 13.09.2023 passed by this Court in MAC Appeal No. 313/2017.
