ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers:
“a) Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the
order dated 18/11/2022 in TA No.617/2017, passed by the Hon’ble Presiding Officer DRT-II, Karnataka at Bengaluru vide Annexure-A. b) To issue any other writ or order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. The writ petition is of the year 2023. The matter came up before this Court for the first time on 19.04.2023, when emergent notice was issued to the respondent. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 17.03.2026. On that day, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence,

the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption for ‘dismissal’.
3. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.
