Devi, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner and Mr. H. Sharma, the learned Additional Senior Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4. 2. The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction upon the Respondent Authorities to issue the trace map of Dag Nos. 39, 40, 192, 255 of Patta No.12 of Rampur Kissamat under Hojai Revenue Circle and for a direction upon the Respondents for demarcation of the entire land of Dag No. 39, 40, 192, 255 of Patta No.12 of Rampur, Kissamat, under Hojai Revenue Circle. 3. Mr. H. Sharma, the learned Additional Senior Government Advocate submitted that the demarcation was carried out on 31.12.2025. However, as the Petitioner was not found to be the absolute owner of Dag Nos. 39, 40, 192, 255 covered by Patta No. 12 as well as the scheduled land being sub-judiced before the learned Trial Court, the trace map have not been issued to the Petitioner. 4. This Court has given an anxious consideration to the Page No.# 3/3 respective submissions and it is the opinion of this Court that as the Respondent Revenue Authorities duly claimed that there was a demarcation carried out on 31.12.2025 and that too at the instance of the Petitioner who has submitted the application, the Petitioner is entitled to a copy of the Minutes of the demarcation proceedings. In addition to that, the trace map being a public document, the Petitioner is also entitled to a copy thereof. 5. Accordingly, this Court therefore disposes of the present writ petition thereby directing the Circle Officer, Hojai Revenue Circle to provide the Petitioner the Minutes/Order of the demarcation proceedings which was held 31.12.2025 in connection with Dag Nos. 39, 40, 192, 255 of Patta No.12 of Rampur Kissamat under Hojai Revenue Circle and also provide the trace map within 10 (ten) days from the date of submission of the certified copy of the present order. 6.
