DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) Peoner herein is a decree holder of execuon peon No.97 of 2018, tled as “ Vinay Malhotra through LRs v. Malkit Ram @ Jeet Ram through LRs’, pending before the Execung Court of learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Jalandhar. A decree for permanent injuncon was passed in his favour way back on 04.05.2017. For implementaon of the said decree, the execuon was filed way back on 14.02.2018 as is evident from Annexure P-2. 2. Peoner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the fact that despite repeated direcons of Hon’ble Supreme Court issued from me to me and despite the pendency of the execuon for the last approximately 08 years, the execuon peon is not being disposed of for one or the other reasons as the JDs are adopng all kinds of delaying taccs. A simple prayer made by learned counsel for the peoner is to direct the concerned Execung Court to dispose of his execuon peon, expediously. 3. This Court has gone through the numerous zimni orders as have been passed by the Execung Court from me to me, which make it to appear that the contenon as raised by learned counsel for the peoner contains merit.
