No.4531 of 2020 ORDER: The writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent No. 1 in issuing G.O.Ms.No.345, dated 13.02.2020 for shifting of headquarter of Brahmanapalli Gram Panchayat to Papanapalli new Gram Panchayat in Srikalahasti Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Rules 8 and 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Grampanchayat (Decleration of Villagers), and consequently, set aside the same. 2. Ms. Anjani Priya, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous and she made an endorsement on the file to that effect. 3.
