2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No.200 of 2025 for the alleged offences

registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 132, 352 and 351(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Hazaribag.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are local resident and there is dispute between felicitator of land to the NTPC and land loosers with regard to various issues in which petitioners used to raise their voice against the said company and in view of that the petitioners have been implicated in the present case. He further submits that so far allegation of assault on driver and snatching gold chain and Rs.40,000/- are concerned the same is against four named persons namely Arjun Rana, Ravi Dangi, Vinay Vikash and Dinesh Saw.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioners were present on the spot.

Considering that the petitioners are the local resident and it appears that there is dispute between felicitator of land in favour of NTPC and land loosers and for that the petitioners were agitated and in that view of the matter the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
