Page No.# 2/2 Chetri, learned counsel for the respondent No.2. and Mr. M. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 2. This criminal petition has been preferred by challenging the NBWA issued by the learned Special Judge, POCSO, Nagaon by order dated 03.02.2026, 16.02.2026 and 27.02.2026 as well as subsequent orders. 3. The case has already ended with a charge-sheet and the limited prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner may be allowed the opportunity to appear before the learned trial court but because of the pending NBWA the petitioner is apprehensive of appearing. 4. Accordingly, on the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner to which learned counsel for the respondent and learned Additional Public prosecution does not object, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall appear before the learned trial court on the next date fixed in the case and upon such appearance, the petitioner may file appropriate application which shall be considered as per law. 5. Till the next date fixed in the case, the NBWA issued against the petitioner shall be kept in abeyance. 6. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
