Learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record the notification issued on 06.06.2026 by the Deputy Commissioner, Una, declaring and publishing the result of the election to the Panchayati Raj Institutions in Development Block Amb, District Una. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 In view of above notification, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would exercise his rights by preferring an election petition against the election of respondent No.5 to the office of Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Katohar Kalan, Tehsil Amb, District Una, in accordance with law, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.
