This contempt petition has been alleging non-compliance of order dated 17/02/2026 passed by this Court in WPS No.1780/2026. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order under contempt has been complied with, however, representation of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 08/04/2026 (Annexure-C/3) and rejection of representation of petitioner is completely against the provisions of Chhattisgarh Rajya Sahkari Bank Service Rules. In view of above submission, since order under contempt has already been complied with, this Court does not find any reason to continue the contempt proceeding. 4. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped and this petition is disposed of. 5. However, if petitioner is not satisfied with the order of rejection, then he may take recourse to law.
