The writ Court on 13.08.2025 in Writ-A No.11613 of 2025 had passed the following order:- "It is argued by Sri Dhirendra Kumar Singh Rathor, learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has not been relieved till date pursuant to the transfer order dated 22.05.2025, however, learned Standing Counsel on the contrary submits that the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Bijnor has already written a letter to the Director, Panchayat Raj, U.P., Lucknow that petitioner has not joined to his place of transfer pursuant to transfer order. Let learned Standing Counsel obtain instructions in the matter by the next date fixed. However, it is provided that in the event petitioner has not been relieved till date, he shall be relieved to give joining and an updated report shall also be brought on record. List on 27.08.2025." 2. From perusal of the aforesaid order, no case for contempt is made out as learned Standing Counsel was granted time to seek instructions in the matter. Further, the matter is pending before the writ Court. 3. According to learned counsel for the applicant, the case has not been heard after 13.08.2025. 4. In view of the said fact, present contempt application stands dismissed.
