Rathore, Advocate, for respondents No. 1 to 4/applicants. By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of compensation in favour of the applicants, which has been awarded to them, by the learned MACT (IV), Kangra at Dharamshala, vide award dated 11.4.2018, as modified by this Court, vide judgment dated
17.11.2025. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the non-applicant, the application, under consideration, is allowed and the amount of compensation, falling to the shares of the applicants, as per judgment dated 17.11.2025, is ordered to be released in their favour, alongwith up-to-date interest. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the saving bank accounts of the applicants, particulars of which, have been given in para-4 of the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
