This is an application filed by the Applicant who is the Petitioner in the accompanying writ petition for striking out the name of the Respondent No.10.
2. The Respondents herein do not object to the same and submitted that such striking of shall be at the risk of the Petitioner.
3. Taking into account the above, this Court therefore strikes out the name of the Respondent No.10 from the array of parties in the accompanying writ petition at the risk of the Petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within 7 (seven) days and on the basis thereof, the Registry of this Court shall make necessary correction in the Cause Title as well as update the same in the CIS.
5. I.A. stands allowed.
