This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, i.e. Ajijur Rahman and Saidur Rahman, who are apprehending arrest in connection with the Mukalmua P.S. Case No. 270/2025, registered under Sections 61(2)/126(2)/ 304(2)/ 351(2)/296(a)/329(3)/324(2)/76/118(1) of the BNS, 2023. It is submitted Mr. Sarma, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam that the police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in the connected Mukalmua P.S. Case No. 270/2025, vide Charge-Sheet No. 15/2026, dated 17.02.2026. In view of the above, the present anticipatory bail petition stands closed with a direction to the accused petitioners to appear before the learned CJM, Nalbari within ten (10) days from today and will seek regular bail, if so advised. If such bail application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law. The interim bail, granted earlier to the present two accused petitioners on 06.02.2026 shall continue till the next ten (10) days from the date of this order or till the petitioners appear before the learned Court below, whichever is earlier.
