1. The present Transfer Petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeks the following reliefs:
“(a) Allow the present petition in the interest of justice. (b) Pass an order transferring the suit bearing no CS SCJ 911/2018 titled as Sunita Rani Vs Pappu @ Ramesh & Anr from the Ld. SCJ Cum RC, North West, Rohini courts, Delhi to LD. SCJ cum RC, North, Rohini Courts, Delhi with its original number and form. (c) Pass an order or staying the suit bearing no CS SCJ 911/2018 titled as Sunita Rani Vs Pappu @ Ramesh & Anr till its transfer from the Ld. SCJ Cum RC. North West, Rohini Courts, Delhi to LD. SCJ Cum RC, North, Rohini Courts, Delhi with its original number and form. (d) Pass an order to rectify the typographical mistake in the suit i.e not has been not inserted at the time of filing the original suit in prayer clause @ I.e Pass the decree of permanent injunction in favour and against the defendant no. 1 and defendant no. 2 thereby to create third party interest in the suit property and to create nuisance in future in peaceful and vacant possession of the plaintiff in respect of the suit property and to extend threat to plaintiff and her family. "Pass the decree of permanent injunction in favour of Plaintiff and against the defendant no. 1, and defendant no. 2 thereby not to create third party interest in the suit property and also not to create nuisance in future in peaceful and vacant possession of the plaintiff in respect of the suit property and not to extend threat to plaintiff and her family members. (e) Pass any other or further order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, in the facts and circumstances of the case, and in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents, on instructions, submits that no objection is being raised to the prayer seeking transfer of the aforesaid suit.
3. In view of the aforesaid and there being no opposition to the relief of transfer sought, the present Petition is allowed to the extent of transfer of the proceedings. Accordingly, Civil Suit No. CS SCJ 911/2018 titled “Sunita Rani v. Pappu @ Ramesh & Anr.” is directed to be transferred from the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge- cum-Rent Controller, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, to the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge-cum-Rent Controller, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi.
4. The learned Senior Civil Judge-cum-Rent Controller, North- West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, is requested to transmit the complete judicial record of the aforesaid suit to the transferee Court within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
5. Needless to state, all other prayers made in the present Petition are left open to be considered by the transferee Court in appropriate proceedings and in accordance with law.
6. Accordingly, the present Petition along with pending application(s) stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
