Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submitted that in order dated 14.07.2026 this Court already observed that original complaint given by the respondent No.1- Kaushal Pande to the Wadi Police Station, was not produced by either by the respondent No.1 or the police. Therefore, respondent Nos.1 and 2 has sought time to place on record the copy of complaint filed by the respondent No.1. He submitted that in view of the above circumstances the petitioner claims 2 2 cri wp no.325.24.odt..odt compensation from the respondents. Therefore, he requires to add the same. 3. Learned APP and learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 though objected for the same but considering that prayer is essential, amendment is granted. 4.
