In the meanwhile the 2nd respondent himself issued proceedings dated 14.04.2026 withdrawing the impugned suspension proceedings dated 11.12.2025 and reinstated the petitioner into service with immediate effect. 2. In view of reinstatement of the petitioner, the relief sought by the petitioner was addressed in toto. Therefore, in view of compliance of the relief sought by the petitioner as well as issuance of reinstatement proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 14.04.2026, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. 3.
