---- 04/03.02.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hindpiri P.S. Case No.56 of 2024 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 379, 427, 354, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Ranchi.
3.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved twice before this Court in ABA Nos.5891 of 2024 and 4755 of 2025. been pleased to reject the said anticipatory bail.
4.
Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that twice anticipatory bail application of the petitioner has been rejected and there is no fresh ground to entertain the third one.
5. Considering that there is no fresh ground to entertain third anticipatory bail application and further twice anticipatory bail application of the petitioner has been dismissed as withdrawn, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, as such the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, if the petitioner moves before the learned Court by way of filing regular bail application, the learned Court will decide the same in accordance with law without prejudice to this order.
